Right Here on Our WebsiteDue to having "more customers than cows," we now send out an Availability Email around May and announce it on Facebook. Those folks quickest to respond will have their orders filled, subject to availability, for 1/4, 1/2, and whole beef. Actual pickup dates are in July and largely August. We accept bulk ground beef orders at the same time and they are ready for pickup into August.
